I have spent a great amount of time trying to find the right place to help me with my dental needs and this is absolutely it.Dr Jessica Kang spent every minute with me in an open, optimistic and caring energy, she was so so calm and this helped so much because with me I stammer a bit and am pretty much sensitive. I’ve never felt so seen and listened to carefully in my life and she was the first dentist ever who’s energy stayed right beside me in the room before, during and after treatment. She wanted to make sure that I was heard and never paid attention to anything else whilst I was communicating with her. She carefully asked during treatment if I would like her to use the ultra-sonic scaler, which was so relieving for me because it’s something I’ve only had a short experience with, and also asked if I would like the fluoride, after the clean, which I felt was a great touch and unique as some people rather not have fluoride. She never rushed, not for one minute and listened to me with ease. Moreover she was so gentle with cleaning my teeth, I’d compare her treatment to that of a feather. Thank you team again and one more thing, I truly appreciate with how at the end of your text messages there is a smiley face like this :) Such a positive and warm touch. I called them straightaway, they booked me in next day. I was greeted by Figs, who was lovely and quickly looked at the trouble point.
